This is a bit of a poor response. Why make a product for a start that doesn’t work without AV being off etc. Firstly I have no AV on the computer, the install is a fresh install of windows 10 and firewall was turned off etc. It’s strange how every single other installer will work yet yours doesn’t, and you are putting the blame on the user? I requested a refund but that hasn’t been actioned either. I raised a dispute on PayPal. Unfortunately it seems your bad reputation continues after your Saga with the liveries.
