I think I found the issue. Got this from a YouTube video the guy figured it out. My account can't share YouTube links yet sorry. Apparently if you load the plane with a flight plan already loaded from the MSFS planner, you will get the stuttering. Work around is to manually input your flight plan on the FMC. Just tried it now and stuttering is gone. Hope this helps others experiencing the same thing.

This ain’t true at all it’s now. 2022 and I do not use the MSFS map to add flight plans I do it by hand or add it via sim brief. These aircraft have gone literally MOMTHS without an update. I suspect many issues are form that. I haven’t seen an update for the 777s since su6 if that.
