I think I found the issue.

Got this from a YouTube video the guy figured it out. My account can't share YouTube links yet sorry.

Apparently if you load the plane with a flight plan already loaded from the MSFS planner, you will get the stuttering.

Work around is to manually input your flight plan on the FMC. Just tried it now and stuttering is gone. Hope this helps others experiencing the same thing.
