When you down load a livery using ace you are unable too. When you delete from Zip folder I guess there is a configuration file that still displays When choosing livery in sfs.

To add a livery:
ACE>online>download>save

To delete a livery:
ACE>local>delete

Works like a charm, checked 100 times.
If that doesn't work for you, we need a video proof.
