I noticed in my new flight with v1.006 I tried to disarm autobrake after landing by retract speedbrakes, that also doesn't work, but, after speedbrakes are retracted, I press the brake pedal again, the autobrake disarmed. Maybe you just coded the  speedbrake "or" pedal brake to disconnect into speedbrake "and" pedal brake?

Just another check, I noticed retract SB will cause AUTOBRAKE DISARM light on, however the brake pressure persists until I have touched the brake pedal to send a plus to change it's value.
