CDU  message : IRS knobs not active
the aircraft starts cold and dark with "ADIRU switch already "ON"
the ADIRU switch is not active

SEE THE PICTURE :
BATTERY IS OFF ( cold and dark state)
ADIRU KNOB IS ON - KNOB IS NOT ACTIVE
THEN WHEN ACTIVATING THE BATTERY AND POWER THE CDU INDICATES ; IRS KNOB OFF  (but it is ON ---)
so IRS won't align  :D

yes it does perfectly and the 3 IRS knobs are active on the salty 747 mod

Then when starting the sim on the runway treshold with running engines  IRS are aligned and the aircraft is working fine.
But not in cold and dark state : IRS won't align

may be due to the last MSFS update ...???

With the Salty mod installed, IRS won't align even in the active runnig engines state. >:(

We do not support mods.

May be you dodin't understand my phrase : I mean the 747 salty mod installed not the 777.
Anyway here are the contents of other forums about this issue which seems to be a HUGE PROBLEM

if you concern about the airport layout when part at the gate, kindly press the TERR button located on the glare shield panel. Zoom out if you want to see your flight path line, because you wont see it since the map zoom in to the gate where you parked.

hi and thank you i just did it and cannot align the IRS even in the mcdu it tells me not aligned
