Post by Captain Sim on May 23rd, 2021 at 8:12pm
Captains,
Thank you all for your feedback on the "liveries move".
We must admit that was a mistake.

From now on all free liveries for the 777-III are welcome to be posted anywhere.

We are sorry for all that mess.

Peace,
Captain Sim Team

Good decision! Time will tell if it was too late, but I'm sure it's good for your long-term business to have an encouraging relationship with customers and the community.

I get that you want to curb pirating, but I think there are other ways to tackle that issue.

Cheers!

Thank you Captain Sim. I knew you were people with a wide angle of view. I will keep my trust on you, as I did from time ago.

Let's buy this awsome big twin engined fat girl.

P.D.: I'm expererimenting some troubles in the checkout. When I add to cart the product nothing is loaded in the cart.

Props for finally coming to your senses, but what about all the users you banned from this forum for giving you their honest opinion on this mess?

Are they going to be unbanned?

A goog move Captain Sim. Instead of releasing next a variant of the B777, I would release someting stronger like the B707 or C130. Classics planes are very popular. The another company DC6 is very awaited, do the same by going on the classic side and you will get back all your customers !

I flew two different liveries PIA and Singapore and I have to admit your are right on this liveries debate. Very sad to see the textures block the transparency of the windows, no more reflexion nor impossible to see inside interior. That lower the standard of this beautiful plane.

Am I to understand that Captain Sim still reserves the right to use skins from 3rd party developers without asking permission?
