On V1.0 When using LIGHTS TEST switch to TEST. it should have same effect as recall when released back to BRT or DIM, the SA should recall all existing fault.

While most other things seems fixed in 1003, this one still there.
And I noticed when moving it from BRT to DIM, ELEC will be recalled, but nothing else, while moving out from TEST would recall nothing.
