As many of these aircraft are operated by Canadian North, Nolinor and Air Inuit they often operate into airspace where navigation in reference to True North is required.
Would it be possible to get a switch included so we can change between True and Magnetic navigation?

AFAIK on 737 it's automatically changed based on ADIRU database, no manual switch.
