I cannot seem to get any NAVAID ID tone to identify VOR or ADF stations that are being received and in use.

I have been able to select the switch below on the same pedestal.

Select the switch and then turn the volume up (see the arrow on sw top), although it is very quiet they do come through, on mine anyway.
