Aircraft doesn't follow flightplan you have to remove a few wayponts before it does

In an earlier version I had this problem, but it seems to have been fixed, at least for me it has in 0300. To get around it when I had this problem, I  would select the next waypoint in the LEGS page, and move it to the top, and LNAV would work again.

I can confirm that during a flight yesterday the LNAV lost the track of the flight path, I had to make direct in order to bring it back to the path
