Hi
I have my order number and email address for a product i purchased in 2011.
When i enter these your system says they don't exist.
I have the original email confirming my purchase which was done using my old email address.
I contacted support and i was given a very rude answer telling me that i shouldn't lose my order numbers!! I HAVENT LOST MY ORDERS - your system is not working. >:( >:( >:(

this issue has now been resolved. I was using the wrong email address.
