Manual for the 767 base product says Shift 1 brings up the "Icons' Control Panel".  It does not; Shift 1 does nothing in my 767 install - Shift 2 does make an icon panel appear, but it doesn't look like the one in the "manual".

My question to you veteran CaptainSim guys is, does this represent the kind of inaccuracy I'm going to run into throughout the "documentation" provided?  It's frustrating.

The manual lists Shift+2 for the Simicons Panel in my 767 Captain II Manual, and the Simicons Panel in the sim does look like the image in the manual (see attached image).

It seems like you downloaded the manual for the 767 Captain v1.5 for FSX. :-/

Ouch...FSX?  That would be the obsolete, years-abandoned, and no longer supported "FSX"? 

I'll take another look, and try to find the correct document for my sim, P3Dv5.1. 

IIRC, the 767 version I have is v1.0 - would that be the most recent for my P3D version?  I didn't see anything else offered for download, which I admit, I did find strange.

Correct. It's for P3Dv4 and P3Dv5.

You need to visit the 767 Captain II Sim Ops page, which could have info/links for hotfixes, updates, and other useful information.
