Title: Lights
Post by Beardyman on Nov 11th, 2020 at 4:34pm
Maybe it is just me but landing, taxi, turnoff lights introduced with latest version are way too strong.
Making them 30 or 40% less bright will also reduce ground light up effect during day time, which is highly not realistic.

Is it planned for next patch to make cockpit gauges backlight adjustable ?

It's not just you. On the other hand, the flood lights are great. The backlit instruments though are really bright, but I wonder how much is different setups and LM changes to P3D have to do with the contrast, etc. I dunno. Programming is about as far from my line of work as it gets. I don't even know my multiplication table and never did get the hang of long division. I just like playing with airplanes  :)

Hahahaha. I never learnt the multiplication table either. We recited it at school every day, but I just mumbled when we did it (I have since learnt it a bit better, but not by much). Long devision on the other hand, I was taught two different ways to do it (that's what happens when you change schools every year, and the next school is in a different state). I went to 11 schools in 12 years (and 12 moves), and only one I went to twice (grade 3 and grade 5).

Note. My father was in the RAAF, and we moved every 12 months until he retired.
