I have tried the suggestion from this post with no luck, I have uninstalled both 757 and 767 including all the expansions first.. I followed all steps related to antivirus and deleting everything related to the 757/767.. restarted pc.. nothing works.. I have tried installing only the 757 base and testing it with the same results, did the same with the 767 as well.. the purple is tint starts off as a plain grey/white ish color over the panels but when I zoom in closer it gets this weird mixture of color like the pictures above, but the last installation it was a red/orange/yellow mix instead of the purple..

I am lost right now.. both 757/767 is unsinstalled until I can find another solution.. or get help
