Upon takeoff, I am getting a "L Hi Stage" warning.

The question..why and how to solve the issue.

L/R ENG HI STAGE means Excessive engine bleed air pressure occurs.
With current engine performence data, if you use full throttle takeoff. it's likely to happen due to excessive engine RPM. use as much flex tempture as you can could help reduce that (and engine over RPM as well)
