One question, what is the PW4060D version, so what is the difference? And is there a way to get liveries of the PW4060D into the PW4060? And which steps do I need to do?

Do you mean PW4060_4D?
That's a 4+4 door configuration variant.

Open the ACE, select Online, select the 767-300ER PW4060 4D in Aircraft type, then select the Variant you like/want from the Variation drop down list (31 liveries at the time of writing).
