Title: Cabin removal and FPS tweaks for the CS767 II P3D Post by KevinAviation_HD on Sep 10th, 2020 at 7:31pm
Dear Community,
I bought the Captain Sim Boeing 767-300 ER yesterday, and I'm very happy with the system depth, and the plane. The FPS in the cockpit are also great, but there is only one thing, outside it is stuttering a little bit, but not an big issue. I heard there is a possibility to remove the cabin via ACE. But how does that work? And is there another way to get better FPS when you are outside? I already installed the 2k textures, use the simplified textures, and lowered my P3D V4 settings a bit. But I need to test the 2k textures first, before I can say anything. Computer: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 X 6 Core 3,60 GHz 16 GB RAM 2x SSD (1TB each) Zotac Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 Mini 3GB Windows 10 Pro (I'm clear it is not the best, but the 767 seems to work. But would be nice to get some clues for better FPS) Regards, Kevin :) |

Oh yes, the 2k textures boost a lot fps.

There's no pax cabin in the 767 VC. But the 767 provides more flexibility and users' performance settings: https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1588108467 |
