Thanks you very much ! It works now. I tried all the proposed solution and it's the:

<Launch.Addon>
<Name>Captain Sim Sound</Name>
<Disabled>False</Disabled>
<ManualLoad>False</ManualLoad>
<Path>Captain_Sim\bin\cs.sound.dll</Path>
</Launch.Addon>

...which help me.

I've recovered all the switch button sound, alarm, APU start song... :D
