My control settings never change from how I set them in MSFS. In fact they are identical on my PC and laptop, but I only set them on my PC. It's the settings I did for joystick on my PC, as I don't normally swap the joystick from the PC to the laptop, so it really surprised me to see them  copied over to the laptop.
