Hello,

Can anybody recommend an accurate fuel planning too? There are a few online but seem to produce mixed results.

I can found a PWversion of FPPM(Flight Planning and Performance Manual) somewhere "online" (While I have newer version from my company, it's basiclly the same)
The PI chapter in CS manual Part4 could also provide some clue, but not as good as PD chapter or FPPM.

Just keep in mind compare to realworld data, CS757 tend to have higher fuel consumption if crusie below FL340~360, and lower when over FL380, that a FS limitation affect quite a lot (But not all) add-ons
