Title: Grey parts in cockpit
Post by Alex Voicu on Jun 7th, 2020 at 9:16am
Hello,

I installed the 767 in P3D V4.5 and there are 2 parts in the cockpit that seem to have an incorrect color. They have a grey color, darker than the other parts around, but in all the youtube videos that i've seen they are white. I checked the textures in Photoshop and they look normal (parts painted white) so i'm not sure what's going on. I tried reinstalling and there's no change.

I forgot to mention that this issue shows up on both sides of the cockpit.

Looks like a video issue.
Try 2K textures: https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1588038720/16#16

It turns out this issue is related to PTA tweak.
In the "Aircraft VC lighting and saturation" parameters, if you set the ambient sunlight ratio higher than 1.2-1.3, the parts mentioned above become dark. I'm not sure why these parts are the only ones that react like that though.
