Before i purchase the 767 i was wondering if it is compatible with RX 5700XT cards without CTD on viewchange in V5? Contacted CS and been told to post here.

Just purchased the 767II for P3D V5 and just like the other and some default aircraft, getting CTD on viewchange. I was wondering if i can get a refund since i am unable to use the product due to unlisted compatibility issues. Purchased about 10 minutes ago, loaded in, changed views and CTD.

Captain Sim never respond. I have same issue with a RTX2080. They just take your money and do no support for a shocking product. Will never touch any of their products again. Overpriced garbage
