The 240knot limit is not being met when descending below 10,000ft. Please see the attached photos.
When an acquaintance contacted me by email, your staff told me to post it on the forum. I heard that there was a discriminatory remark at that time. At least there is no such thing as a Japanese manufacturer, and other American developers kindly responded more carefully.
There are even manufacturers who responded in Japanese. I think you also need the ability to understand different cultures.

ディセンド時にVNAVで飛行中、REQUIRED DRUGと出ているのにもかかわらず、エンジンがアイドルにならないことが気になります。another company製品と比べて、作りが甘いと感じています。頑張ってください。
10,000ft以下に降りたときに、240knotの制限が守られていません。写真を添付しますので、ご覧ください。
知人がメールで問い合わせした際、貴社のスタッフからフォーラムに投稿するように言われたそうです。その際、差別的発言があったと聞いています。少なくとも日本のメーカーではそんなところはありませんし、他のアメリカの開発者はもっと丁寧に対応していただきました。
日本語で応対してくれた、メーカーもあるくらいです。異文化を理解する度量も必要かと思います。
あなた方の製品が好きなので、意見を書きました。
開発頑張ってください。そしてよりよい製品を作ってください。
