I'm receiving an Unhandled Exception error when launching ACE to try new liveries.

I've tried launching normally.
I've tried launching as administrator.
I've tried launching normally with antivirus shields disabled for 1 hour.
I've tried launching as administrator with antivirus shields disabled for 1 hour.

If I click Continue the program launches and I can see liveries but they fail to install when I click download. Another Unhandled exception occurs after that.
