I notice everyday people are still asking questions concerning the Captain sim sounds.

Yes, the sounds work but you must modify the dll.xml file that is located in your C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5 folder.

WHY?  Because P3Dv5 does not have a DLL file in the traditional place of C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5.  That is where the cssound.dll use to be accessed.

Here is your entry for P3Dv5 in the C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v5\dll.xml file:
