1. Rename the panel.cfg (found in FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B707-300\panel folder)
2. Rename the CIVA_panel to panel.cfg
3. Once that is done, you need to press F10 (2D Cockpit) to initialise the INS (it won't work until after you do this).
