I purchased the 767 II last night, went to install as I would any other CS Product, as usual make sure to disable AV/WinDefender, but for the life of me it won't install. After several attempts at online activation I tried offline, same issue.

I'm at a loss, my order number is effectively "invalid" Money has been debited from my Bank account and shows as left, so I am really at a loss. Help, please?

I've even got a screenshot of it, and my order number, which for obvious reasons I'm not posting here, obviously. But this is what I'm left with from online activation (Left) and Offline activation (Right)

Can you go into your antivirus and windows defender settings, and disable real-time protection. I did what you did, disabling firewall, and what I thought was all I needed- windows still intercepts the registration function and blocks communication with the captainsim servers.

In the latest update from windows, it has become very difficult for a lot of normal programs to function. In this case, it isn't enough to simply turn off the firewall- you need to go into windows "Virus and threat protection" , scroll down to "Virus and Threat Protection Settings" - manage settings, and up at the top disable "Real time protection". This will only work until you restart windows, then everything is back to normal again, so don't worry if you forget to turn this "feature" back on.

Right, AV is by far the top reason of an installer malfunctions.

is there any chance to have support on how to activate the 767 even if all other methods doesn't work including the offline activation as there's always error or system might be offline?

I keep getting this error after I put the order number in to activate the 767-400 for MSFS 2020.

Any help would be appreciated!

you have to use the Registration Key: SMXXXXXX format as the "order number"
