I have seen this quirk in FSX with other aircraft after landing while running out. I have found sometimes that, even with autobrake selected to OFF and reverse thrust closed, it takes a tap on the brakes to permit taxi at low power. Something just seems to be stuck, but tapping the brakes frees it up on my system. May have something to do with null zone on pedal brakes???

Maybe! I recently started using an axis for brakes instead of the joy trigger or period key (what a game changer  ;D) and I notice sometimes I need to just give them a quick tap to fully release them. (that's with every plane)
