Hi team, I'm sorry for being that customer, but when I initially selected Paypal, the transaction appeared not to complete. I also did not receive a download link. I also did not see this topic. I went back to the store page and saw the 767 still sitting in my cart, so I went to checkout and used my Visa card which processed just fine. About 20 minutes later, I received a notification that the paypal transaction also went through. I have receipts for both the Visa transaction and the Paypal transaction, but only for one order. What is the best way to resolve this? I didn't want to file a refund request at the risk of only refunding one transaction and losing access to the license.

Pls request a refund for any one of these payments.
