Captains,
there's a temporary glitch with payments made via PayPal.
No worries, we are working on it right now.
Standby for updates...

We are sorry for the delay.

I used Paypal with my Comcast email. Is this going to be an issue? My first time buying through CS and didn't realize that you all don't accept that.

The reason is PayPal issue.
Comcast has workarounds: https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1541291158
You may need to use them after we fix the PayPal issue.

Just added to the contacts. Any chance this will be resolved by this evening?

Hi team,

I'm sorry for being that customer, but when I initially selected Paypal, the transaction appeared not to complete. I also did not receive a download link. I also did not see this topic.

I went back to the store page and saw the 767 still sitting in my cart, so I went to checkout and used my Visa card which processed just fine. About 20 minutes later, I received a notification that the paypal transaction also went through. I have receipts for both the Visa transaction and the Paypal transaction, but only for one order.

What is the best way to resolve this? I didn't want to file a refund request at the risk of only refunding one transaction and losing access to the license.

Pls request a refund for any one of these payments.

Thank you for your patience!

For now all but a few transactions have been fixed, and download links sent via email.

If you have not received an email, pls use EDS to download the 767.

If you can't login to cs.com or can't find the 767 in your account, that means you are from that "a few transactions" list mentioned above. Please try again in an hour.

Perfect! Will do and thanks for your support. A beautiful bird in the sim - so happy to finally have a 767 at last!

Of course not, we'll re-open PayPal option as soon as possible.
