You also need to turn off you AV/Windows Defender when downloading the installers.
When I do that, I make sure that only the Captain Sim's Extended Download Service webpage is open in my browser, I exit my email program, and I have nothing accessing the internet while my AV's shields are disabled. I leave it like that until I have installed the CS product. |
