Title: Thank you
Post by jetOne on Apr 22nd, 2020 at 5:46pm
Just wanted to say Thank You.

Seems there is a lot of hate (mostly surrounding engine dlc) and very little praise.

What people fail to understand/realize is the insane amount of man-hours that goes into coding and bringing a product to market.

So thank you. I am certainly looking forward to the 767 and whatever other expansions that may be!

Agreed. Can't wait for all of it to be released. Thank you for bringing the 767 to our simulators.

Couldn't agree more...people love to hate on CS products, but I've been a loving and loyal user of the 757 for so long. There really is no alternative to the beautiful model you guys have created, and each update has improved the systems, FD, and resources. I am very excited for the 767.

Just out of curiosity, did you design the flight dynamics from scratch or did you happen to have access to another developer's dynamics?

A big thank you from me also.  I've been a CS fan and user since FS9.  Looking forward to the 767 release.

I don’t get it. For example, people come on and say things like “the engines don’t spool right” and CS asks for more info and people will say it just doesn’t do it like the another company does or the PMDG737.. and I sit there like, what? How about some evidence and start by comparing it to the same plane and engine, but a lot of times here people use their feelings to post a bug not actual information.

The two or three times I’ve posted here for bugs. Letting them know the 757 hatch opens very differently than they’ve modeled and shown pictures, or I told them the hydraulic system electrical shedding logic doesn’t quite work like it does in the right plane and I posted an excerpt from the 757/767 flight manual they’ve thanked me and said it’s on the list. The door issue was fixed I think in a week or less if I remember. So yes, thanks Captain Sim for trying.

I found CS products in many ways to be just the most enjoyable aircrafts out there. I remember the initial CS767 having won the AVSIM (was it?) award for best airliner more than 20 years ago.

I still enjoy it even more yet it is available for P3D5 so

THANK YOU CS

You are the best - You always had the best textures and overall immersion experience (for airliners at least)
