I have chosen to purchase P3D because FSX keeps crashing (not because of your plane, but because fsx is only 32bit and when long hauling then fsx crashes, and after 11 hours of flight and are on final approach and then it crashes then you are losing your sanity!)
So I have a prayer from the very bottom of my heart. Is there somehow we can convert all of my planes from FSX to P3D? If refund is necessary, then maybe just a gift code to buy the P3D versions instead. so you dont have to send me money first and then I have to wait until the money arrives and then repurchase...

It would mean a whole great deal to me if you can make that happen. I am lost without this wonderful plane, and even more lost with a flight i can never complete.

So a big cry out for help so I dont have to repurchase all of my planes with you once again.
