Everything worked and looked great on my Captain Sim L-1011 install.  However, I modified the panel.cfg to include a 2D panel (which works perfectly with all gauges and included Captain Sim L-1011 animations) but when I go to exterior view there is no landing gear.  I have read the forum posts on the missing gear issue being related to a security issue to prevent unauthorized or unpaid installs.  I did purchase this product and have a proper order number and email notification.  I also tried the various suggestions in the "no landing gear" post.  I don't have any history of Windows 10 security blocking anything to do with this install. 
Am I not allowed to modify the panel.cfg or add a 2D panel?  The L-1011 is a superb product however, I really need a 2D panel.  I have included my modified panel file renamed from panel.cfg to panel.txt so it can be attached.

I'm not sure if it your problem is with the L-1011 (32bit), or the L-1011 II (64bit), but either way, it's most probably due to the l112.sys!main/y112.sys!main gauge missing from the panel.cfg....

Make sure that the l112.sys!main gauge is listed in the [Window00] section:

Make sure that the y112.sys!main gauge is listed in the [Window00] section,like this:

Note. If you add the gauge to an existing [Window00] with other gauges, make sure that the gaugeXX=, is the next gauge consecutively. ;)

It worked like a charm.  I had put the gauge58=l112.sys!main, 0, 0, 1, 1 and
gauge59=l112.sound!main,1,0,1,1,Captain_Sim\1011\sound.ini in the [Window Titles] section instead of the [Window00] section.  Duh!  ::) ;D
