Hello all.

When I log onto the store to try and redownload my 757 after a system upgrade I am getting the following:
Order status
Expired

when I click on the extended downloader it is also taking me back to my profile and when I click on the 757 installer I get the same as above. I have emailed CS twice with no reply.

Can anyone help?

If your order number is Expired please use this service.

i done that and got an email to say it was sorted. i went onto the product on my profile again and its still saying
Order status
Expired

so i cant get the download link for the product. when i click Extended Download Service it takes me back to my profile to select my product.
