Any L1011 in MSFS when pigs fly  ;)

I just want to see a CS L1011 III. Bad. For whatever reason, it's the only thing I've flown since coming back at the end of October. I am always finding nuances to appreciate, mods to fiddle with, and how busy it keeps me. By that measure, given the cost of re-entry now, I've spent  :o !!! for one airplane  ;D

Sure, I'll eventually want to try the 757's in my hanger and a couple of other "latest and greatest study level sims" I have--if I live that long with a sound mind.

Having some experience in fee-setting in a competitive market, it's a balance of what you bring to the game and what you need to make a profit. And some voodoo.

I always think of something I read in law school called "the client curve of gratitude." It starts, "Man, I'm in big trouble. They say this guy's the best, so I'm lucky to be able to afford him!" Then it's "I can't complain. He seems to be doing a pretty good job." At some point, it's, "They have a lousy case against me. I don't know why this is costing so much." Finally, it's, "So, I got off. There was never any doubt! That shyster ripped me off. I could have beat those Mickey Mouse charges on my own!"

Funny because it's true.

No, that's not exactly the same thing as an upgrade, I admit. But I guess I always found fees a darnable issue that was driven by necessity on my end and perceptions on the other. Both are legitimate factors in the equation. If you get them right, you stay in business. If not...

So, it's hard to say what's "fair" when it comes to pricing policies, especially unless you know everything the person setting the price knows.

Ultimately, what's "fair" is up to each potential buyer. That's what's great about a free market. It may very well be unfair to one person, and a bargain for another.
