Applied the latest update for L-1011:

1011 Updates history/change log

VERSION 1.003 (14OCT’19)
– Cold and dark state has flaps down
– A/L APR GS Modes
– CIVA Pages
– VC pressing Nav-light button not changing variable LIGHT NAV
– VC pressing Beacon-light button not changing variable LIGHT BEACON
– Flaps transition sound stuck
– Panel State: external/GPU power
– Flaps Lever Position

VERSION 1.001 (13AUG’19)
New features:
– Panel States management added to the sim menu
– Payload Manger shortcut added to the sim menu
– Shortcut for TOGGLE MASTER BATTERY
– Battery Switch in the OFF position on the first load
Improved:
– Flood lights
– Backlights

***After this was applied, no CIVA. "Rollback" the update (uninstall/reinstall prior version) the CIVA works fine again.

I have the same issue.
It seems the 'offending' gauge is y112.sys.dll in the panel folder of the L-1011 folder. However, I suspect it rolls back a lot of the updates including panel states.
But, at least the INS works?

The CIVA INS works fine for me with the latest update (1.003)

Well,
I'm not really sure what to say to that. It's just unfortunate insofar that I can't have panel states.

with 1.003 CIVA for me work good, but Panel State is a totally bugged...for example if a use default (aircraft is on) after takeoff on high level mach indicator work fine, but if I load a Cold&Dark state on high level don't recognize mach; for example max mach at FL320 is only .50! It continue working seem with IAS.
Please solve this absurde bug

Is anything going to happen with this product? It would be great for these issues to be resolved.
