I did look first, honest, but I'm unable to find what I'm looking for, which is documentation showing the locations of the switches and controls, and what they do. (See attachment for example)

I also use FSUIPC4 and LINDA, and would like to know if there is any documentation linking each control to their individual Lvar and/or offset.

Any help will be appreciated!

You can get the C-130 Manuals from HERE. This will show you the fuctions of the the buttons/switches.
There is no documentation linking each control to their individual Lvar and/or offset.
