Hello,

following the procedures as in the tutorial as well all the related checklists I'm not able to make the R-recirc fan working till the engine start up, it stays off for the whole time (this under GPU or APU as well).
Seems to be the same problem I have with the utility bus, there's no way to turn them on till the engine are running, only then they start to work.
