When the ACE downloads the livery, it saves it in <FlightSim>\Captain_Sim\757-III\ace\zip. Once it has installed the livery, it does not delete the livery zip file it downloaded, so maybe if you delete that file, the ACE will then believe that the livery is no longer installed.
