I had the duplicates because somehow ACE created the entries in both planes 753 and 752..... just adding the "#2" thingy to solve it.     Why?   Dont know, you can test it with those specific liveries.

The images show the problem.    I solved by deleting from 752CFG the entries that are supposed to be in 753CFG only, and voilah!,   as a matter of fact, during installation, those 753 liveries entries got to 752 as well somehow....

But now it is solved.  Thanks for the information provided, it was very very useful.
