I got the captain sim III 757 but thought I was buing the version 4 for prepare 4.5 is this the right version

You have to make sure that you bought the 757 III for P3Dv4, and not the 32bit version for FSX/FSX-SE/P3Dv3.

The installer should be named csy752_1404 for P3Dv4, and not csx752_1404.
