I was looking into this, and I wonder if somehow, your route is stuck with KJFK being the first waypoint. When I first load the L-1011-1 II, after turning on the INS, if I click on the "hidden screw" that displays the route, KJFK is there, and it's 3089nm away!!!! This is when I am parked at EGLL - Gate 317!!!! (see attached image)
Note. There is a hotfix 1002, but I believe this was to fix a problem a couple of us were/are having with the route tracking, and an Autoland problem (I wasn't having the Autoland problem) and nothing else, but you never know. ;)
