Again, followed your advice, and very frustratingly, the aircraft after doing what you recommended, once reaching 3000ft, heads North away from Runway Heading 271 deg towards 356 deg.

Re-checking the INS there is no Heading 356 anywhere in the Flightpan, so, I am stumped as to where this 356 deg heading that the aircraft selects when moving that switch over to FMS is generated from.

Decided to play it out to see where it leads to. And instead of heading to LEMD,instead the aircraft is heading to Scotland!!!!
