Cold and dark state has flaps down and flaps transition sound stuck, only fixes itself when power comes on

Cycle the views (S) and the sound should disappear.

As for the flaps, we'll resave the flight with flaps up next update.

Can we also get a On GPU saved state as well?

You can save any state using Panel state manager (P3D menu>Add-ons>)

A couple of things that I  found, was:

1. I can't save the panel state with name I want to call it. I have to save it as one of the states already  on the list.

2. I loaded the ON APU state, turned the EP button ON (SimIcons Panel), and the EXT PWR switch ON (Engineers Lower Panel), and saved it as the ON APU state. After restarting P3Dv4, and loading the ON APU state, the EP button (SimIcons Panel) is OFF, but the EXT PWR (Engineers Lower Panel) is ON.

I don't know what I need to change in the ON APU.cfg state to change the EP button so that it is ON.

Note. I even tried creating a new CFG, and named it ON EXTERNAL POWER, but the EP button on the SimIcon Panel is still OFF.

To add a new state pls create an empty whatevername.cfg file in ...\p3dv4\Captain_Sim\1011-II\panel\ folder.
The whatevername will appear in the menu list next time you open the menu, so you can save a new state to that file.

That is how I created the EXTERNAL POWER ON.cfg (after trying to modify the ON APU.cfg)

I was planning to look at one of the 757 III panel state cfg files in the hope of finding a clue as to what the command line for the EP button might need to be.

Hi,
  I've watched some tutorial videos, but when I do as they did, I failed to start the engines. Then I compare my C&D state with theirs, I found that there're some diferences with the panel, for example, the DC BUS ISOLATION are off, and the AC ESS BUS Power Selector is on G2 while on B1 in the videos, which made many gauges power off. :o
  I wonder whether it is a bug, or whether it is because my software vission(P3Dv4.5,1003) is different. Can anybody tell me how to figure out this problem?  :)

I have saved my modified version of C&D configuration panel as Default, in addons menu CS section i have set option "Always load default" and every time i receive plane with engines ON even i set them to OFF by default. Other settings are also not kept as saved. Looks like option "Always load default" does not work
