Maybe your AV, or Windows defender, has deleted a file after you finished the installation.
In the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B727-100\panel folder, make sure you have all of these files there: Captain_Sim.p721.C02 Captain_Sim.p721.C03 Captain_Sim.p721.C04 Captain_Sim.p721.C05 Captain_Sim.p721.C06 Captain_Sim.p721.C07 Captain_Sim.p721.C08 Captain_Sim.p721.C09 Captain_Sim.p721.C10 Captain_Sim.p721.general Captain_Sim.p721.GS Captain_Sim.p721.L01 Captain_Sim.p721.L02 Captain_Sim.p721.L03 Captain_Sim.p721.L04 Captain_Sim.p721.L05 Captain_Sim.p721.L06 Captain_Sim.p721.L07 Captain_Sim.p721.L08 Captain_Sim.p721.L09 Captain_Sim.p721.L10 Captain_Sim.p721.L11 Captain_Sim.p721.L12 Captain_Sim.p721.L13 Captain_Sim.p721.L14 Captain_Sim.p721.L15 Captain_Sim.p721.O00 Captain_Sim.p721.O04 Captain_Sim.p721.O07 Captain_Sim.p721.O08 Captain_Sim.p721.O10 Captain_Sim.p721.O11 Captain_Sim.p721.O12 Captain_Sim.p721.O14 Captain_Sim.p721.O17 Captain_Sim.p721.O18 Captain_Sim.p721.O19 Captain_Sim.p721.O20 Captain_Sim.p721.O21 Captain_Sim.p721.P01 Captain_Sim.p721.P07 Captain_Sim.p721.P09 Captain_Sim.p721.P10 Captain_Sim.p721.P11 Captain_Sim.p721.P12 Captain_Sim.p721.P13 Captain_Sim.p721.P15 Captain_Sim.p721.P601 Captain_Sim.p721.P602 Captain_Sim.p721.P603 Captain_Sim.p721.P604 Captain_Sim.p721.P605 Captain_Sim.p721.R01 Captain_Sim.p721.R02 Captain_Sim.p721.R03 Captain_Sim.p721.R05 Captain_Sim.p721.R06 Captain_Sim.p721.R07 Captain_Sim.p721.R08 Captain_Sim.p721.R09 Captain_Sim.p721.R11 Captain_Sim.p721.R12 Captain_Sim.p721.R15 Captain_Sim.p721.sys.gau <- This is most likely the one that will be missing (removed by your AV/Windows Defender) Captain_Sim.p721.tools Captain_Sim.p721.U01 Captain_Sim.p721.U02 Captain_Sim.p721.U03 Captain_Sim.p721.U04 Captain_Sim.p721.U05 Captain_Sim.p721.U06 Captain_Sim.p721.U07 Captain_Sim.p721.U08 Captain_Sim.p721.U09 Captain_Sim.p721.U10 Captain_Sim.p721.U11 Captain_Sim.p721.W01 Captain_Sim.p721.W02 Captain_Sim.p721.W03 Captain_Sim.p721.W04 Captain_Sim.p721.W07 Captain_Sim.p721.W09 Captain_Sim.p721.W10 Captain_Sim.p721.W12 Captain_Sim.p721.wxr.dll <- This might be missing too, but it is only the Weather Radar/Gauge Captain_Sim.r001.P04 civa Excluding the two gauges I use bold print for, the rest are .CAB files, witch can be opened and view with a Zip program (WinZip/WinRAR/7Zip), so are not likely to be seen as any kind of threat to Windows. A missing Captain_Sim.p721.sys.gau is highly likely to lead to missing gauges, and is more likey to be seen as a "virus" (it is not a virus, nor is it infected by a virus, IF the installer was downloaded directly from www.captainsim.com) while the Captain_Sim.p721.wxr.dll will only lead to the weather radar being missing. If any gaugers are missing, you need to go to your AV Virus Chest/Vault, to see if they were removed, and if they were, click on them, and select restore so they are put back. It is still likely that your AV/Windows Defender will continue to remove these "theats" (false positives), so you will need to add it/them to the Exceptions list, which will prevent this from happening, every time you try to use the CS 727. Note. I have added FSX, FSX-SE, P3Dv3, and P3Dv4, to my AV exclusions list, so that stop it from scanning the files whenever I use one of those flight sims, and a Captain Sim product. I also added the location I have saved all of my Captain Sim addons in to the AV exclusions list, and this prevents it from deleting any "threats" during the installation of them. Windows Defender is always OFF on my PC, but it ON on my laptop, but it doesn't seem to affect my Captain Sim products installed on it. |
