Mmmm...Ran the new installer. Thanks for the guidelines!
Went through all of the above installation instructions;Got a Black window which dissapeared very quickly- Thought it was the Window that loads the gauges, had no software permissions windows Loaded FSX, by default,then loaded the cap727-100,, lloaded in 2D panel ( nothing to see) Then I loaded "A" Virtual cockpit,  :'( Still No Gauges, niente, NADA; All Black clocks) :'(
