It sounds like the left fuel tanks (Left Aux, Left Tip) are empty, and the right tanks (Right Aux, Right Tip) are full.

The attached image show a CS C-130E with fuel in all fuel of its tanks, except the Left Aux and Left Tip tanks.
i.e. 100% fuel in Right Aux, Right Tip, Center 2, Center 3, External 1, and External 2 tanks, and 0% fuel in Left Aux, and Left Tip tanks.

What is your default flight for FSX/FSX-SE? And/or what are the fuel settings of your default flight?
