I have tried to run the installer .exe about 10 times (as admin) and I keep getting an error message telling me it cannot write to a file (a temp file). What can I do? Some solutions have mentioned disk space, how much space does the installer need?

Ok, that's not the issue, as my C drive has about 200 free GB.

Most likely it's your AV or an external drive.

I believe I have narrowed down the source of the problem but my computer knowledge is too lacking to do it myself so I'm waiting for an available appointment. I noticed on my download page it said the link expired Thursday the 15th; can I get that extended through the weekend by any chance in case I need to redownload the installer?

So it looks like the y772.dll file that the installer is trying to extract to does not exist. Is there a way for me to be sent the y772.dll file so I can manually place it in the temp folder? I think that would clear the hurdle.
